A cherry made from cross-grained wood from Germany with a generous, curved edge of the bark on the lid. The silky smooth wood is contrasted by the haptically interesting bark elements in the lid.

Caucasian walnut 27 cm

A nice big grinder made from our Caucasian walnut. The wood of the 400 year old tree has a deep color and a lighter area that gives extra contrast and depth. These rare and high-quality woods are otherwise only used for hunting weapons and fetch enthusiast prices.

Burl woods are natural gimmicks and occur either in so-called burl bulbs or in whole grained trunks. Measles bulbs are wart-like growths on tree trunks, as you often see them on avenue trees. An accumulation of “dormant” buds or wild growth of hundreds of small branches at the same time.
